Bowing to the Blessings of this Earth.

I’ve always believed that we should be grateful for each new day; that gratitude should infuse its roots through the very ‘ground’ upon which we stand.

That there should be no holding back, no regrets. No ‘wondering ifs’; no ‘I wish I would haves’.

That our lives, and all those beautiful souls we’ve touched, should bear witness to the gloriousness of our human connection.

To that end, as I read through each of the 2,426 personal messages, I can think of only one thing:

Blessed.

“Blessed” – that I am graced each morning with the presence of so many beautiful souls, who – from each and every one of those farthest corners of the world – proclaim, “I believe in humanity, too.”

“Blessed” – for their uncommon kindness and courage, in the face of an adversary very few could imagine.

“Blessed” – to hear so many countless mornings, “I saw someone who needed me, so I helped.”

“Blessed” – for the dear friend who calls me each day. “Do you need anything? Just making sure. I love you.”

Though often missed, they are their my loves – surrounding us in each and every way. We can either see them for what they are, these miraculous connections – or view them as coincidence, and nothing more.

Either way, it can not diminish their meaning.

Today, I choose to be grateful – for all those littler things, and more.

But mostly, for the gift that is you.

Thank you, my dearest darlings ~ and for each of those 2,426 messages, I promise I shall answer them all.

Much love, and namaste my friends ~ on this day, I bow humbly to you.
