“There are many levels of heart,” Ram Dass once shared.

Whereas, the human heart might feel sorrow, at times — the much deeper heart, the hridayam, has the capacity to provide refuge for all that might injure.

“That heart,” he writes “looks at the universe, just as it is, and says ‘Yes’.”

So today, my darlings ~ I wish you ‘yes’, and the willingness to trust your deeper heart strength.

We all have it. It’s in there, I assure you – waiting for permission to come through.

It’s a wisdom that’s lasted all of the ages, one that transcends the physicality of our experience.

I see it in the little ones as they rush to capture the last of the season’s snowflakes.

I see it in the hyacinth’s bloom, holding steady its bloom in spite of circumstance.

And, I see it within all of you…messages cobbled in the depths of night, sharing these seeds of compassion.

And, it’s always there, my loves – provided we’ve the courage to ‘believe’.

Just believe, my friends ~ believe in that deeper heart compassion.
