Finding Our One True Home.

“The quality of your action,” shares Thich Nhat Hanh “depends on the quality of your being.”

What a lovely thought, don’t you think – my loves? That we may, in effect, ‘model’ our surroundings based on the generosity that exists within. And, reinforcing a compelling point – that is, we can not share what we ourselves don’t have.

There’s such an integral link between being and doing. In some cases, the connection is abundantly clear – with an unsettled heart, we can not offer another peace? Though, what if we’re unable to discern? What if the waters are muddied grey?

My darlings, there’s an aspect of intention which requires our attention to this very moment. That we may realize our path, and engage the truest essence of our being. In doing so, we begin to share without inhibition ~ to reach through from the vantage point of interbeing.

“I have arrived, I am home, in the here and in the now,” – in this simple yet profound passage, Thich Nhat Hanh eloquently summarizes the integrity of a single moment.

That it is only through a presence of heart that we may begin to effect a positive, human-to-human change.

In peace, my loves…

Namaste ❤️
