Hold Nothing Back.

My dear friend, coworker and boss passed away suddenly from a heart attack this weekend.

Thankfully, the boys on my team knowing my softness heart constructed a ruse to bring me to their spaces early this morning. They wanted to tell me in person; which is what all good hearts should strive to do.

Charlie was one of the kindest, most giving hearts I’ve ever come to know. How ironic, that I felt a sense of purpose to write him a personal thank you note just this Thursday before his passing. It was a two-page, ‘say everything in your heart all at once’, mushy sort of letter – handwritten and gushing of sentiment, as only I know how to do.

I said everything I had wanted to say, including “I’m grateful to count you as my friend.”

Looking back, I felt so compelled – as if by God’s “hold nothing back.”

Sometimes we take our tomorrows for granted. We assume our actions and words will find a better day.

But the truth is, nobody knows how this story will unfold. We must take action when purpose moves us.

Likewise, we must always find and follow our heart, no matter where it may lead. This path is here for a reason, and those we meet – a cherished blessing.

In life, there are no second chances. In life, sometimes these opportunities are fleeting, at best.

As such, today’s message is rather simple in purpose – hold nothing back, my friends.

In peace…

Namaste ❤️
