That Which Sets Us Free.

My loves, today I am inspired by the words of spiritualist Adyashanti who writes that love and truth are inseparable; that one can not exist without the other.

Like two sides of the same coin, they work in perfect harmony. With truth crumbling false perceptions of self, and love – offering a space of compassionate awareness.

“In the end,” he shares “we must come to see that truth itself is the highest good, (and) that truth itself is the highest manifestation and expression of love.”

And, yet – how often do we conceal our own inner truth? We shy away, mask and conceal – all feeble attempts to shield the light of our beautiful human soul.

In the end we feel sadly exhausted; emptied of the essence of who we truly are.

“Love is a flame,” he writes “that burns everything other than itself. It is the destruction of all that is false and the fulfillment of all that is true.”

Let this world know your truth, my loves. Give yourself fully to the silent knowing; these aspects of self that have been hidden for far too long.

As Rumi once said, “let yourself be silently drawn” to that which will ultimately set you free.

In peace…
