That Which Yields, Flows.

“Water is fluid, soft, and yielding.” Such wise counsel once shared by philosopher, Lao Tzu.

And, yet? Even the softest drop may wear a hardened stone.

No matter the circumstances, there is always a yielding – a reminder that we must lead with open-hearted kindness, that which serves compassion’s will.

For centuries, poets have reconciled her beauty through delicate lines and dreamy prose. In our minds, she holds such charm and influence.

She does not resist; rather, she welcomes – knowing intention will soon share its glory.

“In one drop of water are found all the secrets of all the oceans;” writes Kahlil Gibran “in one aspect of You are found all the aspects of existence.”

Just as the water, so too must we yield.
