How to Heal This World.

A young man purchased a coffee for me this morning; born of good will, the very best.

He smiled as he drove away, and before I could say thank you. How could he know the joy he just shared?

It takes so little to offer a kindness – a smile, a laugh, a helping hand. And, we know the benefit to be longer lasting – particularly when not expected.

And yet often we pass, never yielding the moment – an expression of heart, in service. Perhaps we’re convinced, expecting return? In doing so, we extend our suffering to others.

How little we know, that when when our hearts feel such pain – that’s when we most need to raise the energy of love around us.

And it begins just like this — as simply as a young man offering coffee in the morning.

Sometimes hope is restored, my loves — not in grand sweeping gestures, but rather moments in which the smaller kindnesses abound. And that’s how we may begin to heal this great, big world around us.

A little something to consider today, my darlings. And a hope that you might please share in this moment with me.

In peace…

Namaste ❤️
